| Thomas P. Winters grew up in Sauk Centre, Minnesota. He attended Hamline University, double majoring in Legal Studies and Political Science. From there, he went to William Mitchell College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor in May He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, business organizations, family law, and municipal law. He currently is the City Attorney for Frazee. Outside of work, Tom spends a lot of his time working in the community. He is a very involved member of the Detroit Lakes Jaycees, serving as President and also the 2014 79th Water Carnival Co-Admiral. Tom is also a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church Finance Council and the Detroit Lakes Noon Rotary Club. In his spare time, Tom enjoys watching the Vikings, hunting and relaxing at the family cabin. Tom and his wife have three boys and currently reside in Detroit Lakes. |
